Wynebgwrthucher

The first literary reference to the man we now know as King Arthur was in the Welsh story, Culhwch and Olwen. In it, Arthur's equipment is listed. His dagger is named Carnwenhau, his lance is Rhonogomyant (as opposed to Ron), and his shield is Wynebgwrthucher (as opposed to Pridwen).
