Lancelot's Ring

In Arthurian folklore, Lancelot had a ring given to him by the Lady of the Lake which would resist magic and dispel illusions. It allowed him to successfully cross the Sword Bridge at Gorre. On the other side of the bridge were two huge lions that promised to make short work of anyone who attempted to cross, but the ring revealed them to be nothing more than illusions.
